Terms and Conditions...

• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Work will only commence on receipt of your cleared payment.
• When calculating payment please ensure that you select the CV type most applicable to your circumstances. CVs are prepared based on your Target Salary, we cannot be held responsible should an incorrect option be chosen.
• Orders placed cannot be cancelled once work has commenced on that order. Should you place an order and then cancel it prior to work commencing on that order, we will refund you the full amount paid less merchant charges: in the case of credit card payments this will be 4% of purchase price.
• Should we not receive the information necessary to prepare a first draft of your CV or cover letter within 4 weeks of your order being placed, a refund will be provided without further notice and at our discretion, in accordance with the amount of time that has been spent on your order.
• Dispatch of a Draft CV is guaranteed within 5-working days of placing your order and after you have provided us with all the relevant information. (Working days include Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and all UK public holidays).
• Prices quoted are valid for 1 month from the date provided.
• Should we be unable to process your request or cannot deliver within the specified timescales, we will notify you immediately. You will be entitled to a refund of any premiums paid. Other charges will still apply should you wish to proceed. Impressive CVs will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of failure to meet these timescales.
• Your CV and/or Covering Letter are based upon information that you supply. We cannot accept responsibility for any false or inaccurate information supplied.
• We will continue to work on your CV and/or Cover Letter free of charge for up to 14-days after delivery of the First Draft. We will make as many changes as are necessary during this period until you are totally satisfied and have accepted the Final Draft. Changes will be made within 24-hours of receiving them. Should you wish to change any details after a) acceptance or b) expiry of the 14 day period, additional charges will be incurred.
• A First Draft will be emailed to customers within the timescales agreed. As stated above, customers will have 14-days to provide any changes. If we do not hear from you during this period, you will be deemed to have accepted the document as final. Any changes required after this period will incur an additional charge.
• We specialise in the design of dynamic, persuasive and interview-winning CVs for all levels of applicant but we can in no way guarantee that the use of our products will result in an interview or a job offer.
• CVs are prepared for the UK job market, this includes requests received from abroad.
  

This contract is written with the sole jurisdiction of English courts and according to English Law.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds Policy

It is our policy to continue to work on your CV and/or Cover Letter free of charge, until you are totally satisfied and have accepted the Final Draft. Should you still be unsatisfied with the quality of work that we have provided 2-weeks after we were commissioned to do the work, refunds will be given at our discretion.

We are dedicated and motivated to provide you with unrivalled customer service. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please immediately. Complaints are taken seriously and we will ensure that the problem is resolved to the best of our ability.
